Opsigelsesvarsel er løbende måned + 30 dage, jf. lejelovens § 175, stk. 1. Dette betyder, at hvis Spring Estate modtager din opsigelse eksempelvis den 20. januar, ophører lejeforholdet med udgangen af april. Vær dog opmærksom på, at du i medfør af din lejekontrakts § 11 skal fraflytte lejemålet senest 14 dage før ophøret af lejeforholdet

Your termination notice period is current month + 3 months according to the Rent Act section 175 (1). This means that if Spring Estate as an example receives your termination on january 20th, the tenancy ends by the end of april. However, be aware that you are required to move out of the apartment at least 14 days before the end of the tenancy according to your lease contract.
